CCCA Super Sectional

So this week most of us (us being the BMCR staff) have been in Coeurd’Alenae Idaho.  It has been a good time of rest, fellowship, and learning.  We’ve had four days of workshops, teaching, and music.  I am so thankful we are able to come here and do this.  We’ll be driving back to camp tomorrow.  Hopefully the student’s wont be to upset to have us back.

Psalm 60:3 Thou hast shewed thy people hard things: thou hast made us to drink the wine of astonishment.

Proverbs 20:11 Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right.

Progress (Finally)

The phone system is finally starting to come together.  After baning my head against a wall for two and a half days I gave in and asked the people on the Freeswitch mailing list for help, and they came through.  I can receive calls (some time soon I hope I’ll be posting several blogs on how to do all this) to the groups I specify, from the lines I specify.  I’ve set up voice mail for my groups.  I’m going to order the rest of the phones tomorrow, install and test them next week, and hopefully at the end of the week after that we’ll go live.  I have prayed a lot over this project asking God for help, and He keeps coming through.  Never when I want Him to, but in His time He’s working it all out.  I also got the new program office wired, and the main office re-wiring almost done.  It has been a very productive week.

Psalm 55:16 As for me, I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me.

How many times does David say this? How different would my life be if this was my first response?

Proverbs 16:6 By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the Lord men depart from evil.
