{"id":146,"date":"2010-07-11T21:48:14","date_gmt":"2010-07-12T03:48:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.michel2010.name\/blog\/?p=146"},"modified":"2010-07-11T21:48:14","modified_gmt":"2010-07-12T03:48:14","slug":"bad-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.michel2010.name\/eric\/2010\/07\/11\/bad-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Bad Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I really had a bad day. \u00a0Nothing really happened, but my attitude has sucked. \u00a0Really really sucked. \u00a0The worst part is I&#8217;m not sure why. \u00a0I spent some time with God, and it got a bit better this evening, but this is not the way to start this week.<\/p>\n<p>Proverbs 23:18  <em>For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">There is an end.  I will not be here forever.  One day soon I will go home, and my hope will not prove false.  Thank You Father.<\/p>\n<p>II Chronicles 20:21<em> And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Praise the beauty of holiness.  I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ve ever thought of holiness as beautiful.  Huh.<\/p>\n<p>Chapter 20 is such a beautiful example of letting God fight the battle.  How often I meddle, thinking I know better, unwilling to trust.
